Case study · 2026
A fully bilingual Arabic / English website that lets home buyers explore every building, compare units and open interactive floor plans before they call sales.

The brief
Taraqi needed buyers to trust a project before the walls are up: what each unit looks like, how big every room is and when it will be handed over, in Arabic and English, on the phone where most buyers browse.
The approach
A calm, editorial design in Taraqi's burgundy and ivory, built around the questions buyers actually ask: which unit, what size, which floor, and how to register interest.
Signature feature
Each unit opens an architect-style plan with real room dimensions. Duplexes switch between levels with a tap, and the plan draws itself the first time it opens.

Every unit type with area and status, one tap from its plan.
SVG floor plans animate in and stay crisp on any screen.
WhatsApp, call and register-interest always one tap away.
Inside the site
04 screens from the live site
Each project opens with its status, location and a photo-led hero.

A photo strip plus a card for every unit type: area, rooms, status and a link to its plan.

Ready-to-move and under-construction projects, side by side.

Arabic is the default, with the calligraphic brand mark and a true right-to-left layout.

On every screen
A true right-to-left build, not a translated copy. Layout, typography and navigation mirror properly, so Arabic buyers get the same premium experience.
