Case study · 2026
A cinematic website for a luxury real estate developer, where every project gets its own immersive page led by film, renders and a clear path to register interest.

The brief
Évora needed a website that carries the weight of its projects: buyers should feel the scale and quality of each development before they ever visit a sales office, in English and Arabic.
The approach
Full-screen cinematic heroes, project pages built around the masterplan, gallery and location film, and a register-interest action that stays within reach on every page.
Signature feature
The Pulse Gallery lets buyers move through outdoor spaces, clinics and commercial units with one tap, so a mixed-use project reads as one living place.

Full-screen film opens every project page.
Outdoor, clinics and commercial renders in one swipeable view.
Register-interest goes straight to the sales team.
Inside the site
04 screens from the live site
A full-screen film opens the site and sets the tone before a single word is read.

Pulse Medical Hub gets its own stage on the homepage, with a direct path into the project.

Vision, renders and a register-interest action sit side by side, so interest turns into a lead.

Every page switches to a full right-to-left Arabic layout with its own typography.

On every screen
The same cinematic feel on a phone: film, type and the call to action are rebuilt for touch, not just shrunk.
